OUR OPERATION
We have our own warehouse to store the imported products before delivering them to clients. Usually, we will place the order based on the client's accepted quote. Before being supplied to the client, each item ordered will be inspected for quality by our warehouse's quality control staff. In the event of a defect, a return procedure to the main supplier will be implemented accordingly.
For after sales service, we have our own Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Center where we carry out work related to the repair of Night Vision Goggle (NVG). We will perform diagnostics for free, identify the cause of the malfunction, select the necessary part, use only high-quality spare parts, agree on the cost, perform urgent repairs with high quality and provide a company guarantee!
Repair work is carried out only by qualified specialists, using the most modern branded equipment. Currently, we have 4 technical personnel who will carry out the repair and maintenance of Night Vision Goggle (NVG) devices.
WHAT WE SUPPLY MRO
We supply the defence industry with imported products from the world's top manufacturers, including both standard gear and specialized equipment. We constantly ensure that imported goods undergo a strict quality control procedure, as quality is our top priority. This is done to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality items.
